Mac Forehand just made Winter Olympics history for Connecticut. The 24-year-old Norwalk native became the first Connecticut-born athlete to win a medal at the Winter Games. Gun Found At CT High School, Student Arrested, Classes Dismissed Early
A Connecticut high school was dismissed early on Thursday, Feb. 5, after a student was found to have a gun inside the building, authorities said. Manchester High School administrators contacted police around 9:30 p.m. after a student reported hearing another mention having a gun magazine while leaving a bathroom, Superintendent Matt Geary said in a message to parents.
