Police ID CT Woman Killed In Motorcycle Hit-And-Run Crash Police have identified the Connecticut woman who was killed in a hit-and-run crash.  Deborah Cooper, 56, was found lying in the road on Albany Avenue in Hartford when officers responded to a reported crash around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, police said. She suffered “serious injuries” and was taken to a local hospital, where she died. Police said the motorcycle appeared to be a black and red Can-Am Spyder.
