A Pennsylvania man is accused of targeting a local official, a police officer, and their families with threatening posts and AI-altered Ku Klux Klan images following a years-long township dispute, federal prosecutors allege.
Scott Testa, 60, of Lafayette Hill, Montgomery County, was arrested and charged by indictment with two counts of cyberstalking, according to a federal release shared by the FBI on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Child Rape Allegations From Nearly A Decade Ago Lead To PA Man's Arrest: Police
A Pennsylvania man has been jailed without bail after a victim reported sexual assaults from nearly a decade ago, police announced on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Raul Solis-Soriano, 46, of Bensalem, allegedly sexually assaulted the victim on three separate occasions while the victim was a child in his care, township police said.
The victim, who knew Solis-Soriano, contacted Bensalem Township police on Tuesday, Sept. 15, prompting an investigation by detectives, according to the release. Solis-Soriano was arrested that day, court records show.

Two corrections officers have been charged with helping to smuggle contraband into Fort Dix, authorities announced Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Corrections officers Cameron Paige, a 43-year-old Cinnaminson resident, and Ian Dennis, a 32-year-old Philadelphia resident, helped provide contraband to the prison. Joe Lee McQuay, 48 and Keith Navarro Palmer, 41, two federal prisoners, are also charged for their involvement in the scheme, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazier said.
