Tyreese J. Johnson was pronounced dead at 3:24 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, in the Emergency Department at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. An autopsy was completed Monday at the Lehigh County Coroner's Office & Forensic Center.
