A Pennsylvania man broke into multiple homes across Long Island over nearly a year and stealing jewelry before his arrest following a brief foot chase, police said in a release issued Saturday, July 25.
Reginald Engram, 60, of Bethlehem, was arrested at approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 24, in New Hyde Park following what Nassau County detectives described as an extensive investigation.

David J. Washer, 42, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was arrested Friday, July 24, following an investigation into the burglary, the Elmwood Park Police Chief Michael Foligno said.
