2 Child Sex Assault Cases Filed Against Homeless PA Man
A homeless man has been charged in two separate child sexual assaults, authorities announced Wednesday, July 29.
Jonathan Taylor Smith, 32, was charged in each case with two counts of indecent assault and one count of corruption of minors following incidents reported on Harrison Avenue on Sunday, Feb. 2, and Wednesday, Feb. 5, according to releases issued by the Waynesboro Police Department.
The exact changes against Smith in both cases are felony indecent assault of a person younger than 13, felony corruption of minors, and misdemeanor indecent assault without consent, court records show. …
