One of Westchester County's premier luxury apartment communities has changed hands.
Carraway, a 421-unit apartment complex at 105 Corporate Park Dr. in West Harrison, has been sold to Kennedy Wilson, according to an announcement made Tuesday, July 7, by JLL Capital Markets.
Built in 2021, the five-story community is currently 95 percent occupied and offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments averaging about 1,000 square feet.

Major Expansion Coming To Cross County Center: New Retail Buildings, 4-Acre Park Planned
A major expansion is underway at Cross County Center in Westchester County, where developers have broken ground on what will be one of the largest additions to the shopping center in decades.
The project, announced Friday, May 29, will add 58,000 square feet of new retail space to the center's north lot, including a 14,000-square-foot retail building and a two-story, 44,000-square-foot flagship retail building, according to owner Marx Realty.

Former New York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo has sold his Long Island ranch for nearly $5.7 million, a real estate executive revealed Wednesday, April 29.
Nimmo, 33, was traded to the Texas Rangers in November 2025 but waited until April to put his ranch in Old Westbury on the market, Emmett Laffey of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty wrote on social media.
The 5,200-square-foot home at 3 Horseshoe Road sold in less than 48 hours, according to Laffey. The listing agents were Stephen Gevinski and Scott Van Son.
